Good in communication, Direct Sales Experience In Insurance , Product Knowledge of LI GI + Mutual Fund , Bonds , Must have own Conveyance and updated Android Phone
Qualification :
Graduation – Any Graduate – Any Specialization, B. Com – Commerce would be preferable
Brief :
This role is responsible for generating the direct business of Life & Non-Life Insurance in assigned IPC with the help RMS. He / She will be also responsible for Training of products, after sales support & Business logins. He / She can also promote other financial products offered by the company
Span of Control:
5-10 Locations
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that’s made by RMS.
- Conducting Morning huddle with team and responsible for day plan from RMS.
- Conducting Interview for RM Position and ensure full team and bench strength.
- Giving advice to our clients for LI & GI requirements and other financial products.
- Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and.
- provide solutions based on analysis
- Keeping up-to date on the latest Financial Investment news, Market Research.
- To ensure client service standards are met & delivered at all categories of the Client
- To handle after sales service issues related to product and resolving them to strengthen client faith
- Ensure cross selling & up selling of financial product with Existing customers Through RMS
- Ensure relationship building with team members for increasing Direct sales
- To meet sales target of life products+ non-Life + Mutual funds +Bonds and other Investment Products
- Day End review and LMS validation & Daily Monthly and weekly goal settings.
